Accommodation and meals

​​​

​All participants are responsible for booking their own rooms. The cost of accommodation and meals during the conference is not included in the conference fee. However, a block of rooms has been pre-booked at the Retzhof. Please mention the conference when booking.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of your conference registration must be made in writing to the conference organisers (kontakt@tanztherapie.at).

​

If you cancel up to 60 days before the start of the conference, the prepaid registration fee will be refunded, less an administration fee of €50 and any bank charges.

After this date, no refund will be possible unless a replacement participant is named.

Payment of the conference fee

​The conference fee is payable upon receipt of the invoice, which will be sent by email from January onwards.​

 

Participants are responsible for their own accommodation and meal costs, which are to be settled directly with Schloss Retzhof on site.

Bitte wählen Sie den Tagungspreis. Studierende im Bereich Tanz und Tanztherapie erhalten mit Nachweis ein ermäßigtes Ticket. Die Höhe der Teilnahmegebühr richtet sich nach dem zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung geltenden Preis.


Please select the conference fee. Students studying dance or dance therapy are eligible for a reduced-price ticket upon presentation of proof of enrolment. The amount of the participation fee is based on the price applicable at the time of booking.
